The Sands Hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel, right on the seafront at Margate. After a successful first year of trading, the owners decided to expand, and build a function / conference room in a dilapidated part of the old building. Design & Build rose to the challenge, and turned this neglected space into a beautiful room. All trades covered, including plumbing, electrical work, lighting, heating, coving, ceilings, decorating, bathrooms, kitchen, bar and entrance hallway. one of our proudest achievements.
